PeoplePlus was founded in 1998 by Ivy Ning.

As a master coach, designer and facilitator of culture change and leadership programs, Ivy has worked with leaders and leadership teams in China, Hong Kong and Australia during the past 11 years. Her strength is in bringing transformation to organization culture, expanding leadership competencies and coaching leaders to enact on their visions/missions. She is well-known for her dynamic presence and high impact approach that bring about true systemic and behavioral changes. She is also one of the most well-known executive coaches who has helped many executives experience life and business turn-around within a matter of months.

Before her consulting career, she spent 10 years in the Information Technology industry in various regional marketing and business development positions for prominent technology companies such as Sybase and Lotus Software Development. She has had a wide exposure to diverse and multi-cultural business environment which enabled her to truly understand challenges multi-nationals face today while operating their business in Asia.
