As an executive coach and master trainer in leadership/ management skills, Douglas brought over 23 years of business experience in Vice President and General Management roles to his training curriculum design and workshop facilitation. 

Over the past four years, Douglas has worked with a variety of global and regional organizations, helping senior executives, managers and supervisory staff break through performance and achieve success.  Douglas adopts a highly interactive approach in his workshop delivery, motivating individuals/ team to take ownership of their learning while transferring valuable business and management experience through thought-provoking exercises, discussions and coaching.  He specializes in developing people’s leadership competencies, people management skills, change management and strategic planning/ organizing capabilities.

His clients spread across the region, including include LVMH, OgilvyOne, JWT, Dairy Farm, Barclays, Philip Morris, Swire, Coca cola, Tandberg, among others.

Before commencing his work in training and coaching, Douglas held senior management positions at Kodak and PepsiCo.  His corporate career span over ten countries with remarkable achievements, particularly in building world-class, highly motivated sales organizations and creating stellar growth and business partnerships for MNCs in the Greater China region.

Douglas speaks eight languages, including Mandarin. He is committed to helping people in Asia to achieve a better life, and serves as director of a charity, which builds schools and hospitals in the region.
