Lilian Wang
Research Consultant, Facilitator

Lilian was born in Beijing, educated in Hong Kong and Germany. She speaks fluent English, Mandarin and Cantonese. She is a trained facilitator and corporate coach.

Lilian's passion is to help organization further develop its potentials. Her strength is in the area of research, enquiry and consultation. She equips PeoplePlus with a spectrum of tools and theories related to organization systemic dynamics, diagnosis and development. Such tools serve as a strong basis supporting PeoplePlus' consultation services in organization transformation, bringing elements of patterns, evidence and substance into our high impact facilitation and coaching services.   

Prior to joining PeoplePlus, Lilian coached and facilitated mainly in the area of personal effectiveness and team productivity.  Her clients include senior executives, middle managers, business owners, and frontline officers.  

Lilian came from a rich and diverse background comprising over 10 years of management consulting, staff development, research collaboration, international alliance and strategic marketing in both public and private sectors.
